Care

Wash your hands every time you come indoors

If you use public transport, chances are that you have come into contact with surfaces that were touched by several other people. Make sure that you wash your hands with soap or use wet wipes.

Sanitize your hands

For times when you can't wash your hands, carry wet wipes with you. This becomes particularly important when you have to eat out in the middle of the day.

Don't rub your eyes

Rubbing your eyes with dirty hands can transfer a lot of germs into them and cause eye infections.

Avoid touching your hair

The hair is one of the most exposed areas of the body. Avoid touching your hair to prevent transferring those germs on to your hands.

Use cotton buds to clear your ears

Don’t stick the cotton bud into your ear because you may push earwax further back into the ear canal. Clean away the earwax only when it is in the opening of your ear canal. If you have water in your ears after bathing or swimming, tilt your head until it drips out or hold a hair dryer set on "low" near your ear.
